Substitute the beef with a veggie patty or chicken breast if you prefer. There are also plenty of other hearty options like the Spanish Bangers "N" Mash with spicy chorizo or The Johnny Mac..... & Cheese made with yellow cheddar and baked with parmesan-seasoned panko crumbs.
