Everyone knows that the best Italian food is made by nonnas and nonnos that are at least 70 years old. It’s just the way it is. Is it love that makes it better? Years of experience in a boisterous kitchen? Just like Nonna, Trocadero has been around a long time. Having celebrated their 70^th anniversary this past June, they have certainly taught Hamilton a thing or two about Italian cuisine, starting with an introduction to pizza. Even into their 70^th year, Trocadero strives to maintain the culinary traditions first introduced in 1944. With homemade dishes and fresh ingredients, all prepared with meticulous skill, it’s easy to believe you’re enjoying Nonna’s cooking.
