Frequently Asked Questions Is this valid for large groups? Yes, Jubilee can accommodate up to 24 people in a group. Please note that in order to reserve seats, reservations must be booked by a single person and all taxes, fees and voucher codes are required at the time of booking. What is included in the meal? Depending on the cruise you book, you will receive either a buffet dinner or a plated meal for the dinner and lunch cruises and finger foods for the party cruises. Can I use my voucher for higher/lower priced cruises? Yes, you may use the value of the voucher toward either. If you opt for a higer priced option, the difference will be due upon booking. If you go for a lower priced cruise, please note you will not receive any cash back. Am I able to cancel or reschedule my cruise? Once you have selected a date you are expected to honour that booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your voucher. If you booked a date in error there is a $10 reprocessing fee. Are there any age restrictions? People of all ages are welcome on the lunch cruises. For dinner cruises guests must be at least 16 years old and anyone between the ages of 16-18 must be accompanied by their parents. The party/Halloween cruises on October 25, 31 and November 1 are 19+ events and will require photo ID for for admission. How long are the party/Halloween cruises? The late night party cruise on October 25 boards at 9pm, departs at 9:30 and returns at 1:30am. The Halloween cruises on October 31 and November 1 board at 7pm, depart at 8pm and return at 12am. |
