At one of two locations in Barrie, certified Zumba instructor Morgan leads 45-minute or one-hour classes that are open to people of all fitness levels, even those who haven't cut a rug since the days of the Macarena. The sessions combine a variety of movements to build cardio and muscle strength, all set to the stimulating rhythms of soca, flamenco, mambo and other Latin styles.

Morgan teaches three versions of the dance craze: traditional Zumba Fitness for adults, Zumbatomic for kids ages 4-12, and Zumba Toning, which uses special toning sticks to guide more body-sculpting moves.
