Refer a Friend Terms:

WagJag’s Refer a Friend program is a way to earn WagJag Credits if a non-WagJag customer you refer becomes a WagJag customer and makes a purchase on the site. In order to be eligible to earn WagJag Credits through the referral program, you must have a WagJag account.

To participate, refer friends who are not current WagJag subscribers and who have never purchased a voucher from the site by sending them your personal referral link, available on the Refer a Friend page or by clicking the Refer a Friend links under the BUY button on any WagJag deal page. For a new user who accesses your referral link and, within the following seventy-two (72) hours (i) registers on the site, and (ii) makes an initial purchase of any WagJag offer (excluding third-party* offers), WagJag will, within 7 business days, post to your account any WagJag Credit you are eligible to receive.

WagJag may provide various tools to help you disseminate your referral link. You may also share your referral link via email and social media. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHENEVER YOU DECIDE TO SHARE YOUR referral link YOU MUST TELL YOUR FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE WAGJAG CREDIT IF THEY SIGN UP AND MAKE A PURCHASE. Failure to disclose this information is a violation of these Terms of Use and WagJag may terminate you immediately from the Refer a Friend Program, disqualify you from participating in the Refer a Friend Program in the future and cause the forfeiture of any WagJag Credit in your account.

WagJag reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. WagJag will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Refer a Friend Program.

How do I refer a friend for WagJag Credit?

Refer WagJag to your friends and earn a $5 credit to spend on any purchase on WagJag.com! Here’s how it works:

•         Send a referral link to your friend by selecting the Refer a Friend section under the BUY button on any deal page. 

•         The recipient needs to click on the link that you sent him/her, create an account and make a purchase within 72 hours of receiving the link.

•         The credit will be displayed in your WagJag account on the right hand side of the page under your name, within seven days of your friend’s purchase, provided that your friend’s purchase has successfully gone through and hasn’t been refunded.

•         You have 12 months to use the credit for any purchase on WagJag.com. 

Please note that sometimes the referrals might not be successful due to one of the following reasons:

•         Multiple people referred your friend and your friend clicked a different link to subscribe or buy.

•         Your friend is not a first-time member or has previously opened an account with us.

•         Your friend has not purchased their first WagJag yet (even though they have subscribed).

•         Your friend did not purchase the deal in one go after clicking your link.

How do I use WagJag Credit?

Once credits have been added to your WagJag account, using them on a purchase is easy:

•         Log in to your WagJag account by using the login link at the top right hand of the screen

•         Once logged in, click the BUY button on the deal you want to purchase.

A third-party offer is any deal which redirects you to one of our partners' websites after clicking the BUY button.
