Owner Sunny Lam is experienced in wine making and tasting and he will make sure you choose the wine best suited to your palate. Once you make your selection, you’ll just have to sprinkle the yeast and leave it to rest for 1 to 8 weeks. Next, you’ll need to bottle, cork and label your mellow creation! You’ll leave ABC Winemaking with 28 bottles of your very own wine that will surely impress any dinner party guest. Not only will you notice substantial savings in your wine bill, but you will also enjoy personal wine tasting and consultations that will impact your wine drinking for the better.
