Description
A trip to the theatre gives people a chance to relax, forget their day and finally wear that pair of white gloves sitting in their sock drawer (although those gloves should probably come off while mowing down on good eats). Experience the joy of fine dining with a theatrical twist with today’s WagJag for tickets to Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience in the O'Keefe Lounge at the Sony Centre For The Performing Arts for select performances March 24 to 29, 2015:
Enjoy dinner theatre at its best. Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience makes its Toronto debut in March and promises to be a night you’ll never forget. Dine on a ‘70s-inspired three-course meal while being served and entertained by improv gurus – Alison Pollard-Mansergh or Imogen Miller Porter as Sybil; Benedict Holme as Basil and Leigh Kelly as Manuel. The performance pays homage to classic British TV program Fawlty Towers and only about a third of the show is scripted, so be prepared to have your best jokes and comebacks ready.
Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience was originally crafted back in 1997. It finally made its international debut in 2008 at the Edinburgh Fringe and has sold out every year since and continues to tour the globe. In 2015, the show will tour 20 countries including a three-month stint in Canada. This internationally acclaimed performance is guaranteed to make you laugh. All tickets come with a three-course meal and two-hour interactive show that's so funny, you might involuntarily do spit-takes with that wine you’ve been sipping on all night (sorry, not sorry).
- $52.50 for a Tuesday or Wednesday perforamnce (a $69.95 value)
- $63.75 for a Thursday or Sunday (an $84.95 value)
