29 Things to Do in Ontario This November (and How to Pay Less)
Chocolate festivals, Niagara getaways and rainy-day plans across Ontario, all on sale.

November in Ontario is a hard sell. The clocks fall back on November 1, it's dark by five, and the patio furniture is put away until May. Staying in until the holidays starts to look pretty reasonable.
It's actually a good month to get out, though. Summer crowds are gone, Niagara Falls hotels cost less, and plenty is happening indoors: two chocolate festivals on the same weekend, a three-day women's show downtown, and a drive-thru light show in Ajax that opens November 27.
We went through every November deal on WagJag and picked the ones worth your time, sorted by city and type of outing. Prices were checked on October 28, 2026, and can change, so check the deal page before you make plans.
The biggest dated events in Ontario this November are the National Women's Show in Toronto (Nov 6–8), Salon du Chocolat Toronto (Nov 20–22), CHOCOLA-TO in Mississauga (Nov 22) and A Journey Into Enchantment in Ajax (opens Nov 27). For cold or rainy days, GTA trampoline parks and climbing gyms start around $19 a person. Niagara Falls hotel stays start at $149.
