Tae kwon do combines self-defense, combat techniques and exercise together to create an educational and fun workout.

Cardio kickboxing joins kickboxing fundamentals with heart-pumping aerobic moves, so you get the most out of this workout.

Two Suns Martial Arts Academy is family-oriented and has smaller class sizes so that they can provide more one-on-one time with their students. This academy understands that studying martial arts has some serious benefits such as greater focus, improved confidence, physical conditioning for other sports, improved agility, timing and stamina, to name a few, and aims to instruct students accordingly. Teaching kids and adult programs, Two Suns owner-operator Master Trudy Ralph, is a 4^th degree Black Belt, and past bronze winner at the ITF Tae Kwon Do World Champions.
