The success of Toula Ristorante & Bar is in no small part thanks to executive chef Giuseppe Sclafani, whose lifelong exposure to Italian cooking and best farming practices inform his fresh and tantalizing list of authentic Italian dishes. Join his team on the 38th floor of the Westin Harbour Castle for stunning 360-degree views and a selection of prix-fixe favourites. All guests start with the Borgagina Toscan seasonal crostini tapas before being served their choice of appetizer, such as succulent poached tiger shrimps or classic caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Main courses are rich and hearty, including the black truffle risotto or the wild stuffed salmon with salmon mousse and spinach or the in-house aged sterling silver strip loin served with a mixed pepper sauce. Traditional Italian desserts – chocolate lava cake, ricotta cheesecake or Affogato al caffe - end the evening with a kick of classic sweetness.
