• A Cascata burger topped with house made red onion jam and smoked cheddar served with hand cut fries
• Hand-rolled flat bread from our stone oven with three gourmet toppings and artisanal cheese

• Tazza di crema (Similar to the centre of a chocolate truffle, in a bowl)

• Pasta with rose sauce, sun-dried tomato and goat cheese
• Mini Marianna sandwich with chicken, goat cheese, caramelized onion and mushrooms with Cascata aioli
• Scampi jumbo shrimp cooked in a garlic white wine butter sauce
• Winter fagioli: mixed beans and greens in a spicy tomato sauce with garlic toast to dip
• Soup and salad: soup of the day paired with simple torn greens or romaine di Cascata
