Product Information:
  • 10lbs of whole Canadian Cooked Cull lobster
  • 12/14oz per lobster - approximately 13 per case
  • A cull lobster is a lobster that has lost  one of its claws - they are perfectly healthy and tend to yield more lobster meat
  • Note: some lobsters may have no claws 
  • Thaw from frozen, cut lobster in half with a butcher's knife from the belly side, tail to head, melt garlic butter with chopped parsley, quarter in a frying pan, cook & baste with butter for a few mins, until warm, with a squeeze of lemon
  • Remember, the lobster is already cooked, so you're simply re-heating
