Sylvan Learning's summer tutoring lessons keep your child's brain active when school's out. Help your child get ahead with six small group hour-long tutoring sessions in Beginner Reading, Academic Reading or Math Essentials programs. Teachers at Sylvan understand that each child learns differently and work to meet the needs of each student. Based on custom lesson programs, diagnostic tools and initial skills assessment testing, each one house session is designed with your child in mind. The student-teacher ratio is limited to 3-to-1 to make sure your child gets the attention and focus they need to learn. The summer reading programs are offered for Junior Kindergarten up to Grade 8.
