- Soup: Roasted butternut squash and maple; a seasonal favourite and the very first Twisted Lemon recipe ever
- Caesar salad: House-made dressing, double-smoked bacon jam on a toasted crostini, Grana Padano parmesan cheese chips, crispy panchetta
- Perch tacos: Fried perch in crispy wonton shells, red cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, guacamole
Main (choose one per person)
- Lamb shank: cherry-cola braised lamb shank, pomme puree, seasonal vegetables, jus, cumin-scented crispy onions
- Trout: seared rainbow trout, butter-raosted potatoes, broccolini, agro dolce onions, apple-brandy cream
- Carbonera: 14-hour slow-braised ham, handmade spinach fettuccine, tomatoes, scallions, white wine butter emulsion, parmesan, crsipy-fried soft boiled egg
- Sweet potato gnocchi: hand-rolled sweet potato gnocchi, mushroom and sage cream sauce, blistered tomatoes
