• Fresh Juice, No water added, No yeast to pitch
• With the guidance of on-site winemakers, customers choose one red or white juice: West Coast Red and West Coast White Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio, which they pass off to winemakers, who oversee the six- to eight-week fermentation process. Once ready, the new wine fills up to 25 bottles—which customers can label and seal with included labels, corks, and shrinks
